NRI ADMISSIONS
NRI parents are requested to communicate with the school office through email on xxxx@xx.com and Contact no. xxxxxx12345 for further process after applying online. Personal interaction with the child & parents at the school and hostel will be conducted through Google Meet/Zoom at mutually agreed date and time.
- Additional documents required for NRI admissions:
- Passport copy of the student along with student visa
- Passport copy of both the parents
- Once admission is cleared, parents are required to pay the first installment of fees and complete other documentation work immediately.
- Documents to be submitted once admission is confirmed:
- School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate from previous school (original – hardcopy)
- Final Academic Report (Result card) of the last academic year (photocopy)
- Migration Certificate (applicable to the students taking admission in grade 11 only – Original)
- Certificate of SC / ST / OBC (if applicable)
Admission will be provisional until Leaving Certificate of the previous school & academic report showing that the child is promoted to next grade are submitted in the school office.

- New Academic year begins from April/July 1 Every Year.
- The composite fee does not cover the cost of uniforms, textbooks, annual camps, additional subject support or individual activities, off-campus sports and activities, specialized individual projects in Design & Technology, Visual Arts, Science, insurance, and similar expenses.
- A Parent/Guardian must pay a full year fee even if they withdraw their ward in the middle of the session for any reason.
- Additional Facility: New Block (AC Hostel) Parents can avail for AC Hostel by paying few additional charges of Rs.12000 for dormotries and Rs.24000 annually for separate room.
Instructions for Payment of Fee
Payment of the fee is scheduled in two installments: one upon admission and the other on October 1st. You may choose to make payments through methods such as DD, RTGS, net banking, G-Pay, or Phone Pe, with the provided information. Please ensure to specify the child’s name and grade when submitting the payment.

- Payments received after the Pay By Date has expired will incur a Late Payment Fee of Rs.100 per day.
- If the fee is not paid within 30 days, the student's name will be removed from the school rolls. Re-admission, if granted, will require a payment of Rs.5000 for Re-Admission plus the regular late fee charge of Rs.100 per day.
- No reminders will be sent to parents or guardians regarding fee deposits.
- Income Tax exemption under section 88 is available for school fees paid.
- A Transfer Certificate will be issued upon application and clearance of all outstanding dues. A processing fee of Rs.100 will be charged, and the processing time for the issuance of the TC is 15 days. Caution money cannot be claimed beyond 6 months from the lapse date, and it can be claimed by presenting the original receipt.
- The fee Cheque/DD should be made payable to the Account Name mentioned above.
- All outstanding dues must be settled before a student is admitted to the half-yearly and annual examinations.
- Any judicial disputes will be resolved by an arbitrator appointed by our organization, and all expenses will be the responsibility of both parties (School and Parents).
